I discovered that when I fold a used stencil I can get an intersting thing. It looks like an abstract painting or sculpture.I got inspired when I found this stencil on my studio floor folded. It reminds me of Cubism or Frank Stella. The seridipendy of a found image interests me because it is so free flowing. I like it that when I make this stencils that I can make more complex forms then I could have made then when I used drawing from imagination only.
